A man and woman died in a Washington auto accident Monday when their motorcycle collided with a car in Des Moines, according to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. Around 8:30 p.m., the motorcyclists collided with the vehicle when it made a left turn in front of them. The impact of the Washington car accident was enough to send the sedan spinning and the couple was thrown at least 75 feet. The woman suffered fatal car accident injuries and died at the scene. The male motorcyclist was taken to Harborview Medical Center, while the driver and passenger of the car were unhurt.

In a Yakima car accident, a man was impaled by a 4-inch piece of fencepost in his abdomen and was listed in serious condition Saturday night, according to the Yakima Herald-Republic. The 34-year-old Washington auto accident victim was driving his truck when he failed to stop at a stop sign and hit a fence.
Police found the man with the post poking through the back of the driver’s seat when they arrived at the Yakima auto accident scene. Investigators are still determining how the post managed to travel through the engine of the truck before hitting the auto accident victim.

The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reported that a woman plead guilty to homicide for the death of a Seattle police officer in a Washington auto accident she caused last year. On Aug. 13, 2006, she ran a red light and broad-sided a patrol car, which killed the office instantly from his Seattle car accident injuries. The woman was also found to be in possession of crack cocaine and paraphernalia at the time of the Washington car accident. The sentencing is schedule for Nov. 16.

Seattle Post-Intelligencer reported that a 17-year-old Eatonville driver died Monday in a Seattle auto accident. He was thrown from the truck over the weekend on state Route 706 when he hit the shoulder, causing a rollover. He was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center, where he died from his Washington car accident injuries.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration estimates that about 65 percent of teenagers killed in auto accidents are not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

The Yakima Herald-Republic reported that a Toppenish man died early Monday morning in a Washington auto accident when his SUV struck a utility pole. The 35-year-old Washington auto accident victim was near McDonald and Wapato roads when his vehicle crossed the center line when he overcorrected and rolled his vehicle. The SUV stopped when it hit the utility pole, ejecting the auto accident victim, who wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. He was pronounced dead at the Toppenish Community Hospital. The cause of the Washington rollover accident is still under investigation.
