According to KNDO.com, Washington State Patrol troopers say are more Kennewick accidents happen on rainy days than sunny ones near the Blue Bridge.
The TV station has received several calls questioning the safety of the road surface on the south end of the Kennewick bridge after a semi-truck accident. Troopers say they’ve responded to several accidents there, with most of them being when the road was wet. The road is made of concrete, not pavement.

An auto collision in Seattle leaves one dead.
According to The Seattle Times, a truck and van collided at Third Avenue Southwest and Olson Place Southwest in West Seattle. The driver of the truck, a 66-year-old man, suffered head injuries and died in Seattle’s Harborview Medical Center.

A 32-year-old Kennewick man who hit a West Richland bicyclist last May was sentenced to five year and three months in prison.
According to an article from The News Tribune, the Washington man was reportedly under the influence of a stimulant when he struck a woman from Richland who was riding her bike on a charity ride with her sister and two friends on Columbia Park Trail.

A 25-year-old passenger is dead after a 23-year-old driver hit a Washington State Department of Transportation truck in Seattle.

The Associated Press reported rescuers found a 52-year-old man on Tuesday, who was killed in a Washington State fall accident.
The man hiked up to the summit of Mount St. Helens with a climbing partner. He was posing for a picture at the rim of the crater when he was involved in the Washington State fall accident.
